| Mr Davis previoulsy held the position of Managing Director for Investigations in the New York offices of Decision Strategies Fairfax International (DSFX) for over a decade before establishing Davis Investigative in 2001.
Stephen Davis has over 26 years of law enforcement experience with the New York City Police Department in various investigative and supervisory positions, originally retiring at the rank of Captain in 1991. In 2014, he was selected by Police Commissioner William J Bratton to return to the NYPD as a Deputy Commissioner, a position he held until retiring again in 2018. Wihtin this assignment, Stephen Davis served as the Chief Spokesperson for the New York City Police Department and held the position of Co-Chairman of the Public Information Officers Committee of the U.S Major Cities Police Chiefs Association. Mr Davis is graduate of the FBI National Academy.
